Audience

This intermediate level course is for System Administrators responsible for setting up workspaces, situations, monitoring agents, automation, and integration of the Tivoli Enterprise Portal. Deployment specialists will also benefit from this course.

Pre-Requisites

Prior to attending this course, you should have:

  • Working knowledge of Linux
  • Experience with event management
  • Experience with the Tivoli Enterprise Portal
  • Working knowledge of Netcool/OMNIbus is suggested, but not required

You should also complete course IBM Tivoli Monitoring Fundamentals (TM021), prior to attending this course.
