ITM 6.2.3 – What’s New?

IBM announced the release of the new version of ITM, version 6.2.3, on 7^th September stating their release focus was for “Improved Time to Value” and “Reduced Total Cost of Ownership”.


Technically the new release includes a number of new features to aid both the monitoring of your infrastructure and the maintenance of your ITM solution, for example pre-requisite checkers for agents, self defining agents and the facility for remote configuration of OS Agents.
