How much does Tivoli EndPoint Manager (BigFix) cost? - OrbData

IBM Tivoli® Endpoint Manager—built on BigFix® technology - (TEM) pricing varies depending on the type of endpoint platform (Windows, Linux, Unix) that you need to manage and the solution modules that you require.

Modules

Solution modules can be purchased in 3 main ‘packs’:

1. Systems Lifecycle Management Pack -– Contains Patch Management, Asset Discovery/inventory, Power Management, Remote Desktop, Software Asset Management, OS deployment and Software Distribution.
2. Security Configuration and Vulnerability Management Pack – Contains Security Configuration Management, Vulnerability Management and Patch Management.
3. Endpoint Protection Pack -- Contains Client Manager for Endpoint Protection, Endpoint Firewall and NAC, Network Access Control and Trend Micro core protection module.

Alternatively you can purchase individual solution modules separately if you prefer.

Price Models

There are two price models available for purchasing TEM:

1. An annual subscription model - the annual subscription cost model is an all inclusive fee, which includes policy updates, application updates, support and maintenance.
   
2. Perpetual license model - the perpetual cost model requires a one-time license fee or purchase of the software package and then annual maintenance and support fees.

For both BigFix price models Premium Support can be purchased at an additional cost for priority help desk escalation.
