Tivoli as a Service - Patch and Asset Management

Orb Data’s Managed Services allow you to manage your servers and applications while we manage the Tivoli applications.

Orb Data’s Tivoli as a Service (TaaS) solution uses IBM Tivoli® Endpoint Manager (TEM)—built on BigFix® technology. This offers an alternative to multiple, fragmented technologies and point solutions by offering the industry’s only single-console, single-agent platform that addresses operations, security and compliance initiatives in real-time and at global scale.

TEM allows a user to answer the following questions:

What’s on my network? How is it configured?
How do I know when a patch is needed or that it was installed properly?
What’s the compliance status of my endpoints? What about ones that are roaming?
How quickly can I respond to a security exposure?

Key Features

Infrastructure servers and software are owned and managed by Orb Data at an IBM SmartCloud Data Centre
The servers connect via VPN to an Orb Data Management relay acting as a gateway to your desktops
Rapid access to our server environments to speed time to market
Access to a Web portal for reporting
